e|spaces combines the functionality of executive suites, co-working space and shared offices to create a professional environment for entrepreneurs, small businesses and corporate teams. Located in numerous cities around the southeast, HLGstudio has completed one project in Knoxville and is currently working on two additional projects in Nashville (one at a new developed named The Nations and one in Midtown.) The program includes a variety of meeting, office and co-working spaces, equipped with technology, that allows for both shared and private work. These are supported by a centrally located “social hub” that not only provides drinks and snacks around the clock, but also allows for interaction and engagement between organizations and individuals. At The Nations location, in Nashville, the project also includes a large communicating stair/bleachers that connects the two floors of workspaces, as well as a rooftop terrace for special events.
