Alex Markey brings a great deal of knowledge and insight to the HLG team with over 20 years of experience in workplace interiors. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Florida and currently serves as a member of the UF Interior Design Advocacy Board.

With a strong foundation in workplace strategy, Alex is known for her thoughtful, people-centered approach - taking the time to deeply understand her clients, their organizations, and their unique cultures. She translates these insights into purposeful, experience-based design solutions that enhance well-being, support organizational goals, and ultimately create more effective and engaging work environments for all.
