Mary Wallace
Associate Principal
Mary’s work is rooted in the belief that the most meaningful spaces are shaped by how people experience them. She is focused on creating environments that thoughtfully support both people and the broader world over time. She is especially inspired by the opportunity to design higher education spaces that foster learning, collaboration, and community. Growing up in a family of educators, this work is deeply personal and has shaped her understanding of the influence physical environments have on teaching and learning. Her design process is guided by the principle that each project should respond directly to its unique context.
“I believe the best spaces are the ones that feel like they already belong: rooted in place, shaped by people, and built to evolve over time.”
— Mary Wallace
