I think of design as an invaluable shared tool. I’m able to work far beyond the traditional boundaries of design to help uncover opportunities for enriching the overall experience of a client’s workplace like never before. And now, since people have more flexibility in choosing their workplace setting, the office has a heightened responsibility to reflect the spirit of an organization and bring people together to spark optimal performance.

Matt’s interest in corporate design led him back to school to earn his MBA degree to more skillfully blend the art and science behind every project.  His passion for gathering, interpreting and managing knowledge brings a deeper strategic focus to his clients while also providing greater understanding and insight into how strategic business drivers and brand identity translate to design within the built environment.

I find inspiration through: Watching my daughters play, explore, invent, discover and dream as part of their normal everyday life.

My non-design role model: Benjamin Franklin. In order to cultivate his character, he lived a life guided by 13 stated virtues and stayed true to his principles and ideals. Plus, he had his hand in a variety of interesting pursuits and passions and lived an incredibly rich, full life.

In my spare time: When I am not spending time with my family I enjoy exploring the north Georgia farmland and mountains on my motorcycle.
